Terms and conditions

Course places
Places on our courses are offered on a first come, first served basis to individuals, once they have paid the course fee. If a course is over subscribed or has insufficient subscription to allow it to proceed, the student may be offered the option of a transfer to another course, or a refund of their course fee. If students cannot attend one of the dates in the period or block that they have signed up for, it is not possible to reimburse individuals for that missing class, or to schedule them into another block.  

Refunds
The course fee is not refundable after 7 days before the start of the first class of the term unless the chosen course term is cancelled.

Cancellations
At least 7 days notice must be given by students before the start of the first class of the term if they choose to cancel the term in order to qualify for a refund.

Admission
We reserve the right of admission. Participants must be at least 16 years of age in order to participate in Adult Education courses.  

Students and Property
We regret that responsibility cannot be accept for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property while on the grounds/premises.

Closures
In the event of closure due to bad weather, or some other unforeseen event, every effort will be made to text students in advance. The telephone number is 086 8214478.  Where classes are lost, we reserve the right to rearrange those classes on alternative dates.

Payments
Payment can be by credit card through Paypal, Sumup or by Cheque or Cash.

Safety
Students are required to report to the tutor immediately if they are uncomfortable with another student's behaviour.

Other business
I agree not to approach other students directly or indirecltly regarding any other business. Touting for business is strictly forbidden.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed on the Property at any time.

Animals
Animals are not allowed inside the building at any time.

Venue
The venue may be changed at short notice.

Steps
Students must use the handrail at all times while using the steps.

Access
Please use the Tipper road entrance to access the racecourse. The Dublin Road entrance will be closed on non racedays.

Parking
Cars must only be parked outside the racecourse building complex on the grass parking area. Please make sure that your car is locked. The management cannot accept any liability for loss or damage caused to any vehicle or its contents whilst on the racecourse grounds. Vehicles are left entirely at the owners risk.

Gift Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase specified and are specifically for art classes at Leinster Art. Vouchers are usually issued by post within 5 days of the date of purchase. Please note that Leinster Art does not take responsibility for delayed or cancelled classes. Vouchers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Classes must be booked at least one week in advance when classes are available. Vouchers are redeemed by supplying a valid voucher code when purchasing the art classes. The value of the voucher will then be offset when the Voucher code has been validated.
